This section provides detailed guidance on the use and care of compression garments following thighplasty surgery. Initially, patients are advised to wear compression garments full-time for four weeks to minimize swelling and support recovery. After the first four weeks, wearing the garments during the daytime for an additional two weeks is recommended. The design of these garments, which includes side zippers and a crotch opening, facilitates their removal for hygiene activities like showering and using the restroom. Patients will receive an initial set of undergarments at no cost before waking up post-surgery, and additional garments can be purchased to ensure the correct fit throughout the recovery period.
